Sots Press Tutorial
The Sots press may be one of the most underused kettlebell exercises out there. Do not neglect this oldie but goodie! The sots press adds a different degree of difficulty to the press because you are performing it from a rock bottom squat position. Executing the sots press can prove to be a bit difficult.
